Shipping Question

  Hi,
  I use the Woocommerce plugin for FedEx and USPS shipping but I don’t understand how it calculates the rates. I would like to know how it calculates shipping. Does it use a flat rate, weight, or something else?
  Please help, I can’t figure it out.
