Shipping rates and credit card info won’t work at checkout

    Hi, at checkout there is no section to add credit card info it is just grey. It also wont calculate shipping rates and just has local pickup as an option. Can someone help me. my website bloodrootherbshop.com w

    Hi @bloodrootherb, can you send a link to the site? The one listed here doesn’t have a cart on it.

    Also, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link, and we can point you in the right direction.
