Shipping woocommerce issue

  I am setting up my woocommerce store but everytime I run the test and rach the payment method the shipping cost doesn’t show. Not even the shipping cost tab. I tried to do some troubleshoot and deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and even change the theme to storefront it still doesn’t work. What is the real issue here can you please help me?

  Please contact WooCommerce support directly for help with this. The forum you’re posting in now only provides support for sites hosted on WordPress.com, and doesn’t provide support for any plugins for the open source WordPress software.
