Shocking Blue Green theme help?

  I am trying to download the files needed to use Shocking Blue Green on my non-wordpress.com blog, but all I can find is a style.css file. Is this file all I need or am I missing the image files and whatnot? Does anyone have a zipped file of all the files I need?

  You can’t download it from wordpress.com, so you will have to Google. If it doesn’t exist outside wordpress.com, then you are out of luck.

  I googled and found a few places I could download it, but all that was in the zips I downloaded was a style.css file.

  Then it isn’t available and the one here, even if you could get it is for the software here at WP.com and will not work with others.
