Shop Isle theme – drop down menu not showing on mobile view

  Hi there,
  My website is looking good on PC view, but on the mobile view and ipad view the logo doesn’t show and there is a black banner instead, on the mobile view the drop down menu isn’t even viewable. Not sure how to correct this. It only seems to be a problem when I use an image for the logo, if I just write the site identity it’s fine.

  Sorry you’re having trouble with your mobile site, I can see how frustrating that can be.

  Have you reached out to your Hosting provider. Since your site is self-hosted, you can also reach out to WordPress.org for support:
  https://wordpress.org/support/

  Also for your reference, here are the differences between Self-hosted sites and Websites hosted by WordPress.com:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  In addition to the options above, I noticed that the theme you are using is called Shop-Isle. You can access theme documentation for this theme at the following link:
