Shop Isle Theme Help – Banner Section

Hi. My website http://www.wrenhandman.com is hosted on WordPress using the Shop Isle theme. If you head into the customize theme section, under ‘front page sections,’ there’s a banners section.
I’ve used it successfully in the past. In December (on the same computer and with the same operating system) I updated the banners to add a fourth banner. Now I can’t get rid of it.
When I delete it and hit save and publish, the preview shows it as being deleted, but the website doesn’t update to reflect that; and if I navigate away and back, the fourth banner reappears. I’ve tried everything I can think of.
Other changes work with no problems. I can even remove the banner section entirely (which is what I’ve done in desperation). Any help would be appreciated!

Hi – sorry about that!
I tried heading over to the WordPress.org forum, and it won’t let me sign in. Someone indicated I could use my WordPress.com account to sign in to WordPress.org, but it isn’t recognizing the email address. Do you know if that’s because the advice was incorrect?
