Shop Manager accessing Woocommerce

  Greetings. I’m a new webmaster of a new site with WordPress, of course, and woocommerce. I have designated a colleague as the shop manager but when he logs in and tries to go to the dashboard, it takes him back to the site log-in page.

  Am I missing something? My vision is of a shop manager who can handle the woocommerce side of things but not have full administrator rights over the whole site. Is that possible?

  Apologies for the simple nature of the question, I feel it’s going to be a long journey…

  It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
