Shopbop Plugin and Other plugins

Dears
We want to add Shopbop plugin into our website http://www.lovebyn.com but there is no option to install the widget as you don’t support installing in wordpress.com so how can to install it or install any plugin we see it’ll generate traffic and revenue for us.

Unfortunately there is no way to install a plugin like the one you want to integrate into your website if your site is a WordPress.com site. Custom plugins are not allowed to be installed. Here is a list of plugins available to all WordPress.com users.
You would be able to install it if you had a WordPress.org site however. This lists the differences between the two:
I noticed the Shopbop site specifically mentions the plugin only working with self-hosted WordPress.org sites. I know that probably isn’t what you wanted to hear, but hope the information helps!

Could you please advise how can we move to wordpress.org and move all of our posts with the same theme, archive, and followers without missing any content.
How many needed hours to do this migration and what are the steps to do?
Would it be down or up till we finish migration and what’s about the domain and mails? do they work or we may face any down issues.

This is a step by step guide on how to do the move manually. It starts with choosing a hosting provider which you will install WordPress on. Many providers have one-click installations that make it fairly straightforward. Then it moves on to selecting a theme and exporting/importing your content to your new site. You will also need to transfer your domain to your new host. They recommend this over updating its name servers. For more information on that click here:

In regards to the theme transfer, there are only certain Premium themes that can transfer over from WordPress.com to WordPress.org with a guided transfer(See below). It doesn’t appear Gridspace is one of them but I would double check by posting in the theme forums.

Step 6 on the guide details installing Jetpack so your followers can get migrated. You can do this manually once you have Jetpack installed or you can post here on the forums and ask staff to assist you with that.
