Shopify and wordpress

Hello,
I have a page made using wordpress (https://www.sakiskiualus.lt) which has link to Shopify shop.
In the last days, I’ve noticed problems in the shop – apps aren’t working properly on my shop due to the speed of theme loading. We got order for 6 items, while we got apps, which wouldn’t allow to check out if the items aren’t multiple of 12. Futhermore, we have anoter app to add special fee (deposit) as we sell beer botlles, but it doesn’t seem to work either. I’ve tried to check out myself, and still have the same problems. If checking the apps itself, nothing is changed, everything seems working properly. I’ve already contacted app developer and removed all unused apps.
It looks like the issue is connected to the performance rate – shop page is loading very slow and that’s why apps are not working properly. But the performance speed counted by Shopify itself looks very good (77).Could it be somehow caused by WordPress?

It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
