  • Good Morning –

I’ll be glad to help you get things sorted out. And welcome too, btw.

The business plan has been added to your account and right now it’s connected to the free site address that was registered, lesoapns.wordpress.com. This plan allows you to register a new custom domain, or connect one that you already own. Do you have a custom domain already? Please let me know where I can locate your shopify store as well.

Looking at your existing set up will help me provide you with the best path forward to replicate that on WordPress.com. Rest assured you have made a wise decision to set things up here. Our team is able to help you anytime. We also have tools that are built in so you can grow and meet your goals.

On WordPress.com our team offers a managed hosting environment. This means that we handle all the back end details of the site. Things like back ups, updates, security, spam, seo, ssl, mobile optimization, top notch hosting specs, and sorting out any errors or bugs that pop up along the way. When you run a stand alone WordPress installation, like what y’all have set up, then all of those details fall on to you – so instead of being able to focus on content you spend a ton of time and frustration fixing these sort of issues.

We have some great tips to help you get started and grow your business. Please take a look at these and write back with more questions.
