Shopify to WordPress

  Hllo I own a Shopify store. Its not yet functional. The big issue is that almost nobody takes over to modify Shopify webpages or if they do they ask for extremely high amounts. All suggest me to turn it in a Woocomerce as it has more available modifications. For the moment I want to know if I can export the theme as its set up already and turn it in WordPress so the programmers can modify it or me.
  So i want to know if there is a way to extract theme and just upload it to a WordPress account.

  There is no way to convert a Shopify theme to a WordPress theme, but some Shopify theme developers do create similar WordPress versions of their themes.
