I am trying to register a custom domain and have been taken to two different shopping carts. One will not accept payment (I get an error message that simply has the letter T) and one of them only has WordPress.com credits as a payment method. This should not be this complicated. HELP!
And with Premium, I should be able to email support, but this is not an option when I click get help. No happiness engineers for me?
