Shopping Cart Not Working

  Hello,
  I am helping a client (www.lemongrassdayspaonline.com) with their WordPress website, and unfortunately, I don’t have much experience with WordPress. They have had recent trouble with their shopping cart. When customers try to order a gift certificate online and then check out, the page shows this error: ‘INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.’ Thinking that their order was not processed, the customers try to submit the order repeatedly, always getting the error message, however the system charges their card each time! Please advise, if anyone out there can help.

  There are 2 types of WordPress and this is the support forum for those sites that are hosted here st WordPress.com.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  The site you are asking about is hosted elsewhere and uses the WordPress.org version of wordoress. The forum for that version of WordPress is located at https://wordpress.org/support/

  You might also seek support from the makers of the ecommerce plugin that they use which appears to be woocommerce.
