hello can i add word press shopping cart theme to my twenty twelve theme, if so can you tell me how to?

No your cannot. Our free hosted WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce transactions. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.

In that case your can set a shopping cart up somewhere else online, can create a custom menu on your blog, and place a custom link to it in the custom menu.

Yes. Lay out the ten to twenty bucks a month to create a WordPress.ORG site and do all the ecommerce you want.
