Shopping cart that automatically calculates regions for shipping price

  I currently have the WP Simple Shopping cart, it has paypal working for me, but I have friends overseas interested in purchasing my book. I have a default shipping and handling fee of $8.00 set up for domestic orders, but if someone overseas orders the book I will loose a lot of money in shipping. Is there a widget or shopping cart that offers regional billing pulldown menus for people interested in ordering the book at check out? So if people in California order a book it will calculate shipping from my location to theres as well as people in London England for example… Someone told me to check out the WP eStore link: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-documentation to try and accommodate this. I tried to set up my Paypal to calculate shipping, but Paypal isn’t working correctly with the WP easy shopping cart for shipping. You have been such a great help, I figured maybe you had some information that can help me set up a proper shopping cart to accommodate my various shipping needs. Thank you!
