Shoreditch Blog Featured Image

  I am using Shoreditch template and would like my blog page to have a feature image and then for each blog post to have its own featured image. I have no trouble assigning the feature image to the page (in the Edit screen) and to the individual posts. However, the featured image for the blog page header is not appearing.
