shoreditch post format – full page
-
Posts show up in column format. I want them to be full-page. I can find this setting for pages, but not for posts. How to I change this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
This option is not available for posts. Shoreditch’s full-width template is only available for static pages.
To have the posts display full-width you’d either need to add custom CSS or create a child theme. As your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, we cannot help with either of that in these support forums.

Any idea what that custom CSS might be? I’d like to do what OP mentioned also, and I’ve tirelessly scoured the internets looking for a solution.
I imagine it probably involves hiding the sidebar first, but I just can’t quite track down what or how to go about this.
I’m just now starting to kinda-sort get comfortable exploring different CSS snippets – I’m brand new to this stuff as of a few months ago – haven’t looked into child themes / php stuff or whatever – would have no idea what I’m doing in that respect.
So… please type slowly and use small words, is what I’m saying, lol.
Thanks,
Nate
