Shoreditch Theme image gets cropped
-
Hi lizkarkoski,
I only tried Safari so far, but even in the customizer it looks very different from what it is supposed to look like. The background is above the logo and got a gray layer.
Could you check or let me know what I might haven’t applied in the right way?
Thank you

Evi, it looks like we missed a step or two possibly.
Did you add the logo image to the page content?
And did you publish the CSS? If you’ll do both I’ll check to see what’s wrong.

Hi supernovia,
Thank you for your fast reply.
I did both, but it doesn’t seem to work.Maybe I missed something else?

Ah, I see the issue. Can you change the template for the home page to “panel page” instead of full width?
Also, I noticed you have quite a lot of text under the logo. Can you temporarily remove that?
Publish that and refresh and you should get what I’ve been able to create on my site.
As for the text, in this case it will be best to cut that to another page, then add it as a “panel” to the front page. So to do that:
– Add another page, add that text to it
– Under options, set the page’s parent to your home page
– Publish it, then it will appear as a panel under the first section.Let me know if that helps!
