Short description

  When I go to the blog, short description that I have defined in the general settings does not appear. I see the title of the home page next to the name of the blog, but not the short description appears.

  How I can fix it?

  (I mean the short description appears on the top navigation bar, next to the name of the blog)

  I mean http://www.ceskfreixas.cat (main page and generic). The problem is that in the top bar of the browser window does not appear short description of the page, which in my case is “Lloc web oficial del cantautor català”. In search engines (like Google) and in the top bar of the browser, does not appear the short description of the page. A few weeks ago disappeared the short description (“Lloc web oficial del cantautor català”) and rather now appears the name of the page I have marked as principal (“INICI”). What is the problem? Can I change it?

  I know what happens. When the main page (in read-options) is the latest entries, short description is displayed. When the main page is a chosen page, and page of entries is another selected page, the short description is not shown. Why?

  Hello ceskfreixas!

  It appears that the theme you’re using doesn’t show the tagline, as you can see on the themes demo page below:

  I tested this theme and wasn’t able to reproduce the situation you said about the front page being static or not. Could you give me more details on which situation did you see the tagline?
