Short posts in the primary widget area don't show up

I have a research-based blog at christopherleo.com. It includes a column entitled The Passing Scene, which I add to several times most weeks. Those mini-posts are entered in the primary widget area. For the second time this week, I’ve entered something new and saved it, but it doesn’t show up. I’m advised to try clearing cache and cookies, but I can’t find them. Can you help?

Hello Christopher! I took a look at your site, and I am seeing several entries for this week. Are things working well for you now, or are you still having trouble?
If the issue still exists, could you please send me the text and code you’re attempting to save?
When you save it, and see that it doesn’t appear in your actual site, when you return to the widget, is your link still there or has it disappeared?
Because there is a lot of text contained by the Text widgets, I do suggest adding other Text widgets and splitting your text between them.
