Short URL button disappeared

Hi,
Since today I can not access a lot of the pages on my website http://cognac-ton.nl/. I get the message that the page does not exist. When I check the link to the page everything seems okay. When I try to re-publish the page, all seems normal but for the button where I want to get my short URL code for the page. The button has vanished. I tried to change the settings for my permalinks. The result is that some other pages become inaccessible, while the pages that were at first inaccessible are now accessible. The button for the short URL code is still missing.I do not know what I’ve done wrong. Does anyone know what it can be?

TonP.S.: I have tried to (re-)install version 4.4 today and it seemed to me that the installlation did not ended properly, because I did not came back to the page where I started it.

This is the wordpress.COM support forum. We do not provide support for wordpress.ORG software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
