Shortcode
-
Hello,
I have had an issue with shortcode when installing a plugin called ‘booked’.
Now the plugin works well, and there is shortcode the plugin has created that I can use within itself – however when I’m working in the editor, WordPress shortcode doesn’t work.
I can’t use the normal text editor or shortcode widget in elementor or anything as you have to edit the fields on the backend.I’ve tried using this function echo do_shortcode( ‘[weforms id=”806″]’ ); (I would like to embed a pdf file upload form as I’m not smart enough to code a server receiver in the back end directory,
This is the location of the shortcode when you go to “book audition”.
Thank you all for any help in advanced,
I’ve been struggling with this one for hoursThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
Please contact support for the plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Oh okay!
I did not realise.Thank you very much for letting me know, I will direct my question elsewhere.

Unfortunately I do not have an account with WordPress.org and my wordpress.com account is linked directly to my site?

Your site is linked to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, but without that plugin your site has no connection to WordPress.com at all.
WordPress.org also isn’t connected to your site at all – you don’t need a WordPress.org account to use that software for your site, and you’ll only have a WordPress.org account if you’d posted in those forums previously. If you’ve never posted there before, you’ll need to register an account before you can post there.
