  Hi, is there a shortcode for displaying the most popular posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not specifically, no.

  There’s the Top Posts & Pages widget which you can add to your blog’s widget area: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/top-posts-widget/

  If you want to create a page for your most popular posts you can add the Display Posts shortcode. You’ll have to manually assign your most popular posts a certain category or tag and then set that parameter within the short code to have only those posts display. http://en.support.wordpress.com/display-posts-shortcode/
