Shortcode is not working

  Hi.
  I’ve insert a shortcode in the text widget and posts, it never works.
  Strangely, [product] code for woocommerce is working very well.

  I want to show a list of posts but the code itself only appear.
  Please check here. http://garomusic.co.kr/archives/1

  I used shortcode block,
  Added in function.php “add_filter( ‘widget_text’, ‘do_shortcode’ );”

  What did I do wrong?
