Shortcode not working on Pages

  On my website RealCountry1067.com I am using an older announcements plugin but it seems to only be working on the main page inside of a widget but not on a page.

  If you check out: https://realcountry1067.com/closings-delays/

  You’ll see the [announcements] shortcode but it just doesn’t work. But on the main page, I have that included on my sidebar widget and it works properly there.

  Now on another website of mine, WLKI.com/beta

  It works fine there on both pages and the main page widget. I have no clue what is going on. Please help if possible…
