Shortcodes in post don’t work?

  I’m trying to use the [sourcecode][/sourcecode] shortcode specified here:

  and it isn’t being rendered. I also tried to use some of the other shortcodes, and none of them are rendering on my post (at least in preview). Also, when I try to use some of the insert wizards (gallery, etc.) that insert shortcodes, and they aren’t inserting the shortcodes that they are supposed to (or any markup at all).

  Can anyone tell me why this might be happening?

  @lorawow: As I said in another thread, carocat didn’t ask you, she asked the OP, and there’s a reason for that.

  The reason is, if you’re around the forums enough you’ll run into “Oh that’s not the blog I was talking about, it’s the other one”. Save yourself time and train the people asking questions to give you the URL.
