Shortcodes not working! Trying to embed a tweet with no parent conversation using shortcodes.

  Are you trying to use the [tweet] shortcode?

  What is the full shortcode as you’ve entered it, and on what post or page on your site have you added that?

  Make sure you’ve added the shortcode in a shortcode block – it won’t work if you add it in, for example, a paragraph block.

  Yes I am using the [tweet] shortcode.

  Yes, you are right. In the new editor that WordPress.com is using to use shortcode, one must switch to either a shortcode block or use /classic to switch to the classic editor. I see that was already mentioned in the official docs. My bad.
