Shorten comment display

  Is there a way to shorten how comments are dispalyed on the blog? I would like them to only show the title and the user information, and then the preson would have to click to actually read the comment. This is being used for a class, so there are a ton of comments, and it is hard to scroll through them all.

  There is absolutely no way to do that on a WordPress.com blog, and it’s unlikely that functionality will ever be added. You might be able to do it with an independently hosted WP blog using downloaded software, but you’d have to ask at WordPress.org to be sure.
