Is there anyone there who can ‘clean up’ the appearance of my post… ? Just a little? This is my first attempt at doing this … and I am not really sure I know what I am doing…. Thanks much. generationboomnation.wordpress.com

So by clean up the appearance of your post, do you mean the one post you have made so far, titled (?):
HEY … GOT SHINGLES? THERE’S A HOME FIX FOR THAT.
Btw, I can see that your homepage isn’t working properly. If you go to your url (https://generationboomnation.wordpress.com) it says that the page can’t be found…

In the main menu, click on:
“Settings”, and the “Reading” in the submenu.
What option have you chosen for the top choice (Front page displays)? Have you checked for “Your latest posts” or “A static page”. If you have chosen “A static page”, which page have you chosen for the “Front page” option?

If you have chosen “A static page”, make sure to select a page that still exists.
To find out what pages you have, click on “Pages” in the main menu to the left in the WordPress interface. You’ll get an overview of all the pages on your website, and also see what page you have set as the “Front page” and “Post page”.
If you’ve accidently deleted some pages you didn’t want to, you can restore them by clicking on “Trash” in the small menu at the top (when you’re in the “Pages” overview).
