Shortlink URL field is empty
-
When editing a post or page, clicking the Get Shortlink button yields a popup in which the URL field is empty = no shortlink. Just upgraded to WordPress 3.5 yesterday, but I don’t know if this is related to this issue or not.

Hi there – you’ve reached the support forums for sites hosted at WordPress.com.
For help with your self-hosted site, I suggest you check out the WordPress.org forums here:
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different systems. You can learn more about the differences here.

Yep, I’m aware this is WordPress.com. Imagine my surprise to follow the support links for Jetpack and end up here!
Be well,
Tom

Ah – I wasn’t clear that this was a Jetpack problem. We do offer Jetpack support here, my apologies.
Version 2.0.4 just came out – would you mind updating and letting me know if that solves the issue?

Thanks, and sorry for the confusion.

Jetpack updated to 2.0.4, no change in behavior…so I switched browsers. Something in my Rockmelt (driven by Chrome) is blocking. Works in the latest Chrome, but not the latest Rockmelt. So that makes it [a] my problem and [b] resolvable by switching browsers. Let’s close this, and thank you.
