should i delete spams in the spam comment?

  i’ve just received 4 spams. should i delete them? i have aksimet in my blog but how come it didn’t delete the 4 spams i just saw. help please…

  Are they in the Spam filter, or did they show up on the blog>? If they[re on the blog then set them as spam.
