Should I have a WordPress.com or WordPress.org blog based on these criteria?

This is what I want eventually in a website: Videos, Image Slider, Responsive and gorgeous graphics, to make buttons for links to other pages on each post, and also **eventually** a store where I can sell my merchandise. I am a brand new blogger so I thought a .com account would be better, but I do want these aspects on my site.
Can I get these things with a WordPress.com account? Should I go with .org?
Should I learn coding, if so where should I start?I appreciate any help you guys can give me. Thanks!
