Should I need Jetpack plugin if I downloaded WP from .org?Prob activating plugin

My host is http://www.WebSiteSource.com. I downloaded WP from the .org site and the tech guys at WSS set up my hosting. The Jetpack features were not showing up on blog admin so I downloaded the plugin. When I tried to activate I got the message above.
Does this mean that my WebSite Source hosting company loaded my site as a .com site? Not sure how that all works…

Would you please try disabling all other plugins before activating Jetpack?
