Should I request for reenable me to like and follow other blogs?

Hi,
Almost six months before my blog stat was on high, when I started my new blog, I did not know anything about blogging. Almost 600 visitors per day. Average 25 followers daily. My community was so responsive. I also responding back by following, liking and replying them. And suddenly I am disabled to like and follow anymore!
I read the wordpress policy, but no where mentioned this kind of rule to disable, so I was really surprised with the action taken from wordpress end! At least they should warned me before taking this action!
It is almost six months I have been continuing my blog with the disability. Most people advised to leave this blog and start a new one but I am still fighting with it. Readers like, follow and comment on my blog but I am disabled to follow or like even my own blog! I am unable to like my daughter’s blog who is only 9, practising writing.
What so ever, now I know the threat. It’s a great lesson for me.
Question is, Should I apply or request forum and support to re enable following and liking options for me? Presently I am following 1 blog only.

You also mentioned your daughter is 9 year’s old, and that is under the minimum age of 13 (16 if in the EU) to sign up for a WordPressdotcom site. This is mentioned in our Terms of Service https://en.wordpress.com/tos/ Clause 3
Staff will also address this when they look in on this thread.

Yes, she is under supervision. She is just practicing her writing. She is not using community also. And be sure thousands of pupils are using WordPress after supervision of wards. And schools are forcing to do that.
