should i uninstall then reinstall to resove my problem

problem is i have a godaddy site with wordperss.Sign up for jet pack had to sign up for wordpresss.com.
So i started in stall plugin with thing i wanted to use. THEN I saw the jet pack carousel so I tryed to instilled program. BUt its not working. AS site is not ready would it be better /easy to slove problem by removeing and the reinstallig wordpress, would all the plugin leave with program.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
