Shouldn't I be able to have the 30$ design upgrade as my account is a year old?

    I see that all over that people are asking about the 30$ design upgrade and essentially any new account has to use the premium/business bundle but older accounts are grandfathered in (if what I am reading is correct). I have an account that is a year old and I am not able to buy the $30 design plan. Is it possible for me to be grandfathered in as well?
