  Shoutbox cannot be used here, but google talk and talkinator can. See this other thread for details on those: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/shoutbox-widget?replies=5 .

  WordPress also offers the Meebo chat widget: http://support.wordpress.com/widgets/meebo-widget/

  it says that the preuim account It’s HTML – no Java

  You need to verify that it will work here at wordpress.COM with cbox and possibly get them to agree to a refund if it does not work here.
