show author

  Hello there,

  I am using the twenty sixteen theme and I am trying so hard to show the author name on my posts/blogs. All my attempts have been in vain. I have very little knowledge about computing codes and I do not understand much about it.

  I have succeeded in applying ‘categories’ to my posts/blogs, thank god, but I cannot seem to go any further than that.

  To be specific, what I am looking for, is for my name to be seen along with my blog/post as an author mark. for eg. “By (my name)”

  Is there anyone that can help me out here – to help show my name along with my posts/blogs? I shall be so grateful.

  Hi there, we can do this with custom CSS, but that will require the WordPress.com Premium Plan upgrade.

  You can try out and preview custom CSS before you buy as explained here. This would be the custom CSS to make the author appear.
