Show blog previews in home instead of full piece

  How do I make it so that previews of my blogs appear on my homepage with ‘read more’ buttons instead of a list of the full blogs?

  The only way I can currently see how is to create a page with the full content and then write shorter blogs with a link to the page which is not ideal.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You will have to create an excerpt. Some themes support excerpts by default (here is a list), but not Twenty Fifteen.
  You can still create an excerpt by adding the “read more” tag to your posts. Please have a look at this support guide for how to do that:
