Show comments in Sidebar

  I just had a quick question. On the sidebar there is a widget that shows recent comments but this just shows the author and the post it commented on. Is there a way to preview some of the actual comment itself?

  There isn’t a way to get the WordPress.com recent comments widget to show snippets of comments, but you could display the contents of comments in the sidebar with the blog’s comment feed and the RSS widget.
