show first posts in your Front page
-
The settings only give the choice to show “Your latest posts” or “A static page” in your Front page. But I would like to keep my 1st post the 1st to appear on my blog. How can I change this ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! Do you mean you want a certain post to always remain at the top of your blog? The easiest way to do this is by making the post a sticky post –

Let us know if this works for you! If not, please post back in this thread so we can continue troubleshooting. :) Good luck!

Hello,
No, I would like to keep a chronology in the posts I create
(1st stays 1st, and the latest posts goes last)
What I have done for now, is that I changed the dates and times of the posts created.
But I was wondering if there is any easier way to change this?
(it is actually for the blog http://howtotrainyourwildcat.wordpress.com/ ) -
Oh! Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, the way you’re doing it now is one of the best ways to create a reverse chronological post order for your posts. Blogging software is generally set to show the most recent post first, and WordPress.COM is no different. However, reversing the post order on a self-hosted (WordPress.ORG) install is definitely possible, via a custom query string.
Having said that, here is one WordPress.com solution that may work in your current setup for you –
Good luck!
