Show "Follow blog" at the end of the articles

  Would be great to have the option to show “follow this blog” at the end of the articles.

  For example like at the end of this article:

  Celebrating Our WordPress.com Rockstar Translators

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In the interim you ca create a draft post and set the text up in it with the link to subscribe. Then copy and paste it onto the end of each post prior to publication.
