Show full date with 2011 theme
-
With my 2011 theme, it only shows the day and the month e.g 5th March.
How can I change it so that it displays the year also e.g 5th March 2017?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @hf556!
You can edit your site’s date display settings in the WP Admin menu.
– visit your site, and add /wp-admin to the end of the URL
– on the dashboard that opens, click Settings
– use the provided options to select the date format you’d like to use, or set a custom one.If you have trouble, please include a link to the site/page that you are working on.

Hello,
The date is already set to the format which I want (D-M-Y).
But the date under a post title only shows D-M: http://prntscr.com/egrwv1
How can I change this to D-M-Y?

The site in that picture is running Mystique, not Twenty Eleven :)
Mystique’s date format can’t be altered I’m afraid. Because it uses the small tab on that bar to display the date, the theme was designed with a specific date format that will always fit inside that tab.
Some themes need to hard code in their own date formats to prevent one that’s too long from being set and overflowing the available space.

Any chance this could be changed with a custom CSS?
I’m just trying to make it less confusing for my viewers, as at the moment, they have no idea which year the posts were published in!

The date format is hardcoded into Mystique – it cannot be changed no. For a different date format, you would need a different theme.
