  I Just Published My First post on my new blog, but the entire post does not show, it simply says “read more”. Can anyone help?

  You theme does not provide automatic excerpts on the front page, so that means you have to edit your posts and remove “the read more” tag that you inserted into the post prior to publishing it.
  To edit your post, go to Posts -> Posts in your dashboard menu. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/
