Show Latest post from one category on homepage

  Hello,
  Right now on wordpress.com I can show the latests posts on my homepage but what I want to do is show the latests posts from one category on my homepage .I have 5 categories and usually when I post into any of those categories it shows up on the homepage .

  I’m not aware of any way to do that. Your home page just shows your latest posts in chronological order (newest first).

  (I guess technically speaking that is reverse chronological order.)

  When you make a post, it will show up on your homepage. As far as I’m aware, there’s no way to make a local category page your start page. Why don’t you just restrict the blog to posts in that category and start another blog for your other posts?
