Show latest posts first in Blog Feed (hemingway Rewritten)

  Hi everyone,

  I would like to show my latest post first in my blog feed, but I can’t seem to find any setting for that. Is it not possible in that theme or with the blog feed? If not, how can I do it instead?

  Hi Sarah,

  The most recent post on a site shows first by default, so there’s no setting required to make that happen.

  But you can override the default, by setting a specific post as sticky. Sticky posts will always appear first, even if there are more recent posts published on the site, and that’s what is happening on your site – your post at https://theparttimestudentcom.wordpress.com/2020/06/05/questions-to-consider-before-you-start-a-degree/ is currently set as sticky. Once you un-stick it, the more recent one will appear first.

  You can change the sticky status of a post from within the editor:
