show login activity?

  Hello,
  I an a newbie to WP. Today, I noticed I was not able to login into wordpress.com to access my blog. I knew I was typing the password correctly. I went on to reset my password and set a new stronger password.

  Is there any way for me to view my own (or possible some hacker’s) login activity into my account (similar to how gmail shows the IPs at the bottom of the screen)? That would be helpful in knowing when it happened.
  Secondly, are there some standard files I need to look to see if anything has been tampered with? I check my login details for the email and admin and they seem fine.

  Second question:

  This happened a few hours after I used my WP account to write a comment on this website: Teejee blog. (My comment still appears there). When I first clicked “post”, it gave a popup saying something like “this page is requesting authorization from wordpress, do you want to allow” and it gave me 3 buttons – ‘cancel’, ‘yes, this time only’, ‘yes, forever’. I clicked the ‘yes, this time only’ one and the comment went through.
  So this brings me to my second question: Was that authorization from WP legitimate or did I get phished? And if I did, is there any way to view a list of apps/websites that have authorization from my wordpress.com account?
