show oldest post
-
I have my posts set to show only 1 at a time and at the bottom it then gives me a button for ‘show older posts’ which is great but I’m working on uploading a weekly short story and I’m wondering if there’s a way to have a ‘show oldest’ button for my readers who may be starting the story in the middle.
I’m on a free plan right now.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can edit the first post and create a sticky post https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-posts that will always display at the top and change the setting to 2 pages here > Dashboard > Settings > Reading
I think of two other approaches.
1. Create a blog that’s like a book http://en.support.wordpress.com/write-a-book/
2. Or use page jump links in a weekly post that provide quick access by days, 1, 2, 3.
