  I’m not even sure what to call this, but I’d like to have a numbered list of pages to make moving around in the site easier, i.e go directly to page 5 instead of scrolling through every page. I see this feature on a lot of blogs and wonder if it is available on WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you’re talking about the blog linked to your username, you’re in the wrong forum – see the Stickies up top. If you’re talking about a wp.COM blog, we need the link to it.

  First, it’s a good thing to know the difference between posts and pages here at WordPress.com. Here is a help page about that:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

  In your case, it sounds like you may be talking about the paginated lists of posts and not pages, so panaghiotisadam makes a good point that it would be really helpful to see what you mean with an example link from your WordPres.com blog.
