Show post on front page . Hidden on blog page.

Hi there,
On my installed WordPress theme there is a specific option for home page where some of posts can be shown on the home page. But at the same time these posts is shown to visitors in the blog page.
I would love to hide the posts from blog page and leave them on my home page only.
Any suggestions will help. Thank you! -

Your website does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.If your WordPress installation supports short code, you can use this short code to restrict the posts that display.
To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
